What do I do if I'm having browser issues?

It’s true: not all browsers can handle us. So, if you’re having trouble loading up a cog, or are drawing up a blank screen, the first thing to do is make sure that your browser is up to date. To find out more, see which web browser versions support Cognician.

If you’re all sorted on the browser front and can get into the cogs, but are having trouble loading up images and videos, then try clearing your browser’s cache. This will prompt your browser to re-download all the items it didn’t manage to get right the first-time round. Take a look at these instructions to find out how to do so.

When it comes to web browsers, though, we all have our favourites. Ours is Google Chrome. If you’re not already using it, we recommend it for the best possible Cognician experience. It’s also quick and easy to set up. You can download it here.
