Once you’re on your profile page you’ll see a white box beside the title ‘Receive email from Cognician?’ If there is a tick in this white box, we’ll send you email updates. If there’s no tick in this box, we’ll refrain from mailing you in future.

Whichever one you want; all you need to do is click in this white box to toggle between the tick appearing and disappearing.

Once you’ve made your decision click on the blue ‘Save profile’ button to make it official. And we’ll respect your wishes. That’s a promise.
