Time to put a face behind all those ideas you’ll be creating. To upload a profile picture you need to go to your profile page. The link for this page has your name on it, and is on the black sidebar that you see right at the top of the page.

Once on your profile page, click on the ‘Browse’ button that you see beside the ‘Avatar’ heading. Clicking this button will open up a file directory for your device.

Now that the file directory is open, you can choose and select the image file on your device that you want to use as your avatar.

Once you’ve found and selected the image you wish to use, click on the ‘Upload’ button on your Cognician profile page. This will upload the image file you want to use as your avatar.

Finally, click on the blue button that says ‘Save profile’. This will save the changes you’ve made to your profile. Your new profile will now be displayed. Well done!
